Day
1 : Arrive Srinagar Arrive to Srinagar. Drive direct to Baltal (115 kms, 3 ½ hrs) via Sonmarg. Acclimatize at Baltal. Dinner and overnight stay at Baltal tents.
Day 2 : Baltal - Amarnath Cave - Baltal
Start trekking for Amarnath cave. The route upto the cave is very tough. Take dip in the icy water of Amarnath stream. After darshan to the three Lingmas which symbolizes Lord Shiva, Parvarti and Ganesh. After darshan return to Baltal, dinner and overnight stay in tents.
Day 3 : Baltal - Srinagar
Drive back to Srinagar from Baltal. On arrival in Srinagar, transfer to houseboats to experience the beauty of Dal Lake. Dinner and night stay in houseboats.
Day 4 : Srinagar
Sightseeing tour of Mughal gardens which includes Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory. After lunch Shikara ride on Dal Lake and shopping in local markets. Dinner overnight in Deluxe Houseboats.
