A good way to be introduced to Ladakh. It visits the classical sights of Ladakh by jeeps and then a short introductory moderate trek over one of the most spectacular passes in the area.

Day 1 : Arrive - Delhi
Arrival and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2 : Delhi - Leh
Morning flight to Leh. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for acclimatization. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 : Leh
Day for sightseeing tour of Shey, Thiksey and Hemis Monastery. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Days 4 : Leh
Day at leisure to walk around the Leh town. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Days 5 : Leh - Stok - Stok La Base
Drive to Stok village, on arrival meet the staff and trek till Base of Stok La via Mankarmo along barren mountains on both the sides. Camp for overnight.

Day 6 : Stok La Base - Stok (4700 Mt)- Rumbak
Morning trek to Rumbak via crossing over Stok-La. One can have a panoramic view of the Indus Valley mountain range. Arrive and camp for overnight.

Day 7 : Rumbak - Zingchen
Morning trek to Zingchen. Arrive at the tiny village. Camp for overnight.

Day 8 : Zingchen - Spituk - Leh
Trek down the last lap to Spituk bridge. Upon arrival pick up by the waiting jeeps and drive to Leh. Check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 9 : Leh - Delhi
Morning transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. Arrival and transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 10 : Depart Delhi
Departure transfer to international airport in time to board flight to onward Destination.
